To help facilitate the inservice, I created a Notebook file. The thought is to bring our colleagues along slowly and inform them. A thorough explanation of the Math Common Core is a good starting point. From there I included the critical core standards for each grades (K-2). At the end of the second grade group, I have what the curriculum mapping software will allow us to provide in terms of resources. This will not be the exact format, but will give everyone an idea of what's possible.
I originally included two videos with the Notebook file, but they were too big. Unfortunately, they are YouTube videos and cannot be accessed here at school. I can have them on a flash drive for you to use if you want.
